Per Georgia State Law, a valid doctor-patient relationship must exist for any prescription medication to be prescribed. If your pet has not been seen in the past 12 months, we are unable to provide medication. This includes, but is not limited to, heartworm and flea preventatives, pain medications and antibiotics. Heartworm tests are required every 12 months for refills of heartworm preventative medication.
